Roger Penner

Roger owns Pluma Homes and spends his time locating the right property to develop with the homes he is proud to build. He has been building homes in Seattle since 2003, following a career in senior business management with firms such as Deloitte & Touche, Attachmate, and Egghead Software. After a lot of years of managing people, processes, and numbers, he thinks it’s pretty rewarding to create homes that convey his sense of usability, design, and quality.

Lorne Gunther

Lorne’s 17 years experience in managing Seattle in-city construction is critical in delivering homes on time and on budget. He has developed a reputation in the industry and with the Seattle Department of Planning and Development as one of the most competent and trustworthy construction managers around. He served as Operations Manager with WynGale Homes for the past 8 years prior to teaming up with Pluma Homes, delivering up to 40 homes annually in that role.
